The aim of the project is to reconstruct, restore and adapt the existing building (immovable monument of cultural heritage) at Gabriel Episkopos Street #12 in Tbilisi, in order to accommodate an individual one-family residential house. The building overlooks Baratashvili Hill to the west. It is also worth noting that the main structure of the building, as a monument, has been preserved to this day, but there are signs of numerous reconstructions. This is evidenced by the presence of silicate bricks on site and the reinforcement of the floors in the interfloor overlaps. Valuable elements of the building, such as the facade cladding, the shape and rhythm of the openings, remain unchanged. The existing building is being reconstructed from the former Iori Street side to create an additional internal courtyard.
