The study area is located in Tbilisi, on the perimeter of the Kiketi and Kojori settlements. The area consists of 11 cadastral units and currently belongs to the village of Dideba. The total area is 36.8 ha. The goal of the study is to analyze the prospects of developing the existing territory and creating a new residential (dominated by individual residential houses) area. The given area is naturally surrounded by a forest massif, and we also find tributaries of the river on the perimeter. The environment is quite relief. According to the functional zoning of Tbilisi, the rural zone extends along with the recreational zone.
