The existing building, which is located in Kutaisi city, on rustaveli avenue №5/15, is part of local heritage buildings. According to our project it is intended to make a hehabilitation of the existing four story building and make a one story addition. The building's form creates a courtyard , which will be covered with glass roofing and underneath on ground level there will be a winter garden. The main structure of this heritage is the central staircase which is connected to every room through hallways. From the street viewpoint, there are arch windows on the ground level and all of them will be renewed like it was from the beginning.
