The project land plot is located in the Gurjaani district, in the village of Kachreti. The land plot area is 29,949 sq.m. The project envisages the construction of an 11-storey, 224-room hotel. The mentioned building will become the main building of the Ambassador Kachreti Resort. The hotel will feature a restaurant, two "event halls", meeting spaces, 10 rooms adapted for the disabled, a "Spa and Wellness" space on top of the nine-storey atrium, panoramic elevators and much more. The new building of the Ambassador Hotel is a huge investment and infrastructural development for the Gurjaani municipality. The mentioned architectural structure will become a new "landmark" for the region.
