The project object is located in Tbilisi, on Ts. Dadiani Street, the total area of ​​the building is 5000 sq.m. The building is four-storey, with a basement. The project task was the reconstruction-restoration of the existing building. The facades were treated with textured sand-cement mortar and painted, the existing decorative elements were restored and returned to their original appearance. The openings are filled with aluminum profiled glass doors and windows and stained glass windows.
