Projects

Site area is located in Tbilisi old town, next to Agmashenebeli avenue. The surroundings and exsiting achitecture was mostly developed in 19^th century and it was one of the most important streets in the city. The building on site area, with current address kurdiani str. N9 (former alekseevi's str.) is part of local heritage. The condition of the facades are preserved very good from the past. Our concept is to make a rehabilitaion of the building. Also we are changing the function/use of the building and it's going to be a hotel.
