The main idea of the project was to make a private house in Tbilisi old town, Chugureti district, on akhvlediani rise street. During planning process we considerded existing neighbourhood architecture, old facade of the building and Tbilisi city historic council recomendations. The house building is three story with mansard and courtyard. Total building area is 380 square metres.
