Projects

The project site is located in Green Cape neighbourhood, in Adjara, Makhinjauri. The total site area is 2.3 hectares. The mainc concept of the project was creating two highrise multifunctional building. It is intended to use 2315 square metres of the site for the recreational function. These two buildings will have direct view on black sea. The site location is on the first line of the beach. Total building area is 105 115 square metres.
