Projects

The site is location in Tbilisi, Digomi District, with the total area of 11.5 hectares. The main concept for the project was creating a micro district according to cityplanning principils and sustainable development norms. The project includes functions like residential, commercial, educational and recreational. Total building area is 253 730 square metres. 4 hectares from the total 11 hectares will be used for recreational functions. It is intended to create a cetral park with the total area of 13 000 square metres.
