The site is located in Tbilisi, Digomi district with the whole area of 4.78 hectares. The project idea was to plan a micro district. During planning we have considered all the mainc cityplanning rules and principles. On site there will be different functions, such as residential, commercial, educational and recreational. The total building area is 100 200 square metres.
