"Cityproject" with georgian tourism and development fund collaboration, made a 4 star hotel project in Signagi, Georgia. The hotel will host the guests with wondeful views around. The hotel will have 130 apartments, spa, fitness center, open and closed pools, wine cellar, restaurant, lounge bar with 360 degree panorama views and conference hall. The total site area is 50 000 square metres and the whole building area - 14 000 square metres. The hotel intends to get first visitors untill the end of the 2020. The budget of the whole project is 21 million us dollars.
