The idea was to create a 5 star hotel with 100 hotel rooms on resort goderdzi. According to building plans the hotel will have spa, pools, ski-depo, parking for 50 cars. This project is done by private investment. Overall costs and budgjet for the project is 30 million us dollars. The resort itself has a big potentianl in a close future and this kind of investment will play a big role in terms of tourism and development.
