Projects

The project idea is to create a winery in village kachreti, Gurjaani municipality. The total site area is 6789 square metres. During planning process we have considered site oritenatation and existing surroundings. The building contour which looks like three winged cylinder is perfect for easy and high quality functioning of the winery. There are two main storys and one antresol inside the cylinder part. In interior also there is a big atrium through the whole vertical and here we meet a spyral staircase. During the year winey should produce from half a million to one million bottles. Also for receiving grapes we plan to use selection process, which means that grapes will be delivered by hand instead of lorries and the grape selection process will start from the first step of winemaking.
