Projects

The project concept was to make a rehabilitation and restavration of the existing building, in Tbilisi, orkhevi turn N10. Total site area is 189 sqr. metres. The building itself is the part of city heritage. The territory is located on the left side of the river mtkvari. Existing surroundings and architectural face was mainly developed at the end of the 19^th century. Mainly there ara two-three story buildings. The concept was to create a mansard story in existing roof. During process main objectives were site area orientation and existing surroundings face.
